Botanica Porto

The blue and white Botanica is like the azulejo tiles on the walls of Porto – a city of seafarers and explorers. It is a wrap for the seafarer of everyday adventures. The park is an island, the café a port, the sidewalk a path to new shores. Elegant, clean lines of several shades of blue draw the Botanica pattern on a simple light background. Like sails in any wind, Porto will suit you with minimalist and colorful outfits, with summer dresses and winter sweaters. The minimalist carrier does not need to be adjusted and is easy to work with even for beginner babywearers.

The carrier has a very elegant cut and you don’t need to adjust it at all – just click and go. It is made of a wrap with the composition: 76% cotton 24% silk. We also offer wraps in this pattern.

Like our other carriers, Porto can be washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with a suitable liquid detergent (no optical brighteners, no fabric softener).

Botanica was born from Jitka’s love of traveling through the countries of the Silk Road. We were looking for a pattern, that would capture the playfulness and color of her expeditions through the Orient and Europe. We reworked an ornament taken from a historical tapestry and gave it the form of a wrap with many motifs. Everyone will find something a little different in it – just as when traveling, each of us sees a slightly different detail in the same place.

Jitka and Jana designed these baby carriers as a series combining the purity and elegance of the carrier’s simple, minimalist design with our wraps woven from carefully selected luxury yarns.
For our baby carriers we select the highest quality and most suitable materials and designs from our wraps. We rely on their precise processing and ergonomic solution. All baby carriers have elegantly and delicately incorporated reflective elements, an original magnetic back buckle on a sliding removable belt, a stronger hip belt, ergonomic straps. The baby carrier comes in three sizes

S: for children aged 4-14 months and weighing 5 – 11kg backrest dimensions: height: 43cm, width: 34cm with a tolerance of +/- 3cm
M: for children aged 10 – 24 months and weighing 7 – 16kg, backrest dimensions: height: 49cm, width: 42cm with a tolerance of +/- 3cm
L: for children aged 20 months – 5 years and weighing 12-25kg, backrest dimensions: height: 56cm, width: 52cm with a tolerance of +/- 3cm
